Dr. Tapan Dash
Dr. Tapan Dash currently works as Assistant Professor & HoD, Department of Applied Physics, SoAS (BBSR Campus), School of Applied Sciences, CUTM, Odisha. He has completed his PhD. in the field of experimental condensed matter physics. He has more than 10 years of research experience (including three years of industrial experience at Tata Steel, India Pvt. Ltd.) and 5 years of teaching experience. He has research exposure and experience in various national and international institutions of CSIR, DST, DAE, IIT, etc. His research experience and interest include plasma processing of advanced and special materials, graphene derivatives and its composites, Nanomatials, CNT, Neutron shielding materials, coating on steel for multifunctional applications, aesthetic improvement of natural gemstones, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray Micro Computed Tomography (CT).
