Rashmi Rekha Behera, received the B. Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jagannatha Institute of Technology and Management, under Berhampur University, Odisha, in 2002, then M.Tech degree with specialization in Power Electronics from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, in 2015, and currently a research scholar in Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha. Research interest includes power electronics, renewable energy, and electrical machines. She has published six  research articles in reputed journals.
